Manor building in Basel, Switzerland, turned into a 51-screen video wall

It’s almost like Times Square in Basel downtown!

From Dec. 1st to Dec 24th, the Manor building will be transformed into giant interactive displays made of 51 LED screens. This multimedia installation will demonstrate creations by the “digital” artist Pia MYrvoLD as well as personal messages from anyone sent via SMS/MMS (moderated by Manor).

But what’s the relation with Alcatel-Lucent?

MNC, an Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary,  enables the collect and display of end-user messages belonging to three different mobile networks in Switzerland.
